"I had done a lot of homework and decided the Canon EOS 40D was my best choice. But at this time when they had just come out, made getting one difficult. Having read the reviews of several of the mail order businesses made me uneasy about going that route for purchasing. But they were the only ones who had the camera. DC didn't have any bad reviews at this time and they were open over Labor Day weekend so I spoke to them and placed an order. They promised I would have the camera before my vacation on Wednesday, Sept. 12th. Hopefully I'll see some numbers from UPS tomorrow or I'll start worrying. (I'll post later to inform as to how this turned out.)***** DigiCombos called later and apologized that they would not be able to get the camera to me in time. They offered a free gift to offset the inconvenience. They were straight with me, very courteous and apologetic. If they had enough of the cameras (a new Canon model) it would have worked out I am sure. By the way they never charged my credit card. Maybe I'll get a chance to do business with them again under different circumstances. "

"I got my package the next day , it was exactly the way it was shown in the picture, the price was the best and the service was even better.

"I brought my combo package and everything went through except that the memory stated was 4GB Micro Drive but I got was a CF. Which I preferred anyway. After I call them to confirm, they ask me if I wanted to buy extra battery, etc which I did not. The sales guy didn't pressure me anymore. But I did ask him about the Battery Grip which I mistakenly looking at a different model (which is cheaper by $40), he went ahead and give me that price. I would buy from these people again...."
