"On this invoice, I received my printer ink cartridges with no problems.

HOWEVER, recently I tried to make an order for my mother, using her credit card (with her authorization), her address and all the pertinent information. The order never went through, because Digi4me said the card was declined. They took a while to get back to me in an e-mail, and their final answer was that it must be a problem with the credit card company.

I thought the declination was WAY too fast on trying to run the order...SO, I tried to make the order with a different company. THEY had no problem in processing the same card, and I had given them my mother's phone number to confirm (JUST LIKE I DID with DIGI4ME). The order is on it's way using the "OTHER" company.

I was unimpressed that Digi4Me didn't answer their phoneline, and will ONLY work with the customer via e-mail. They are slow to respond, AND they don't make much of an effort in working with a problem in ordering.

Overall, their products that I HAVE received in the past are good, BUT they seriously need to work on their Customer Service skills.....along with a valid telephone number for a "Human Interaction"."

"I've ordered various flash memory cards from this company on several occasions. They are consistently lower on prices, quick on shipment, and 100% accurate on filling the order. This company is now the first place I look for flash memory. They're half the price of any of the local stores and I get my stuff in pretty close to the same time as driving across the city to one of them."

"I spent many hours on the telephone being put on hold continually. Everytime I call, I am put on hold for at least 25 minutes waiting for a human to answer their telephone. Calling this company is an exercise in futility. I was told I was being sold a camera with a 1 year warranty from the dealer, Olympus. When I received the camera it only had a 90 day warranty.
My brother made the mistake of buying from them at the same time. He still is trying to get the "PERFECT FIT" camera case that they CLAIM to sell on their website. After 3 cases they have sent him, he still does not have a case that fits the camera.
I would NEVER buy from this dealer again.

"DO NOT buy from this seller. I bought 10 PC1066 RamBus memories from this seller. The memories did not work as advertised that support Dell computer. The worst was, they wouldn't give you replacement, but only charge you 15% restocking fee. After that, no communications. You have to involve a lot of hassle, such as file complaint on consumer unit, dispute the restocking fee on your credit card. The memories are very bad quality. They are very unpofessional.
