"My fiancé bought me a ring from here, and I was excited about the ring until I heard about it. Anyways, I went in yesterday to change the setting and move my diamond to a different setting band, turns out that it’s not a lab grown diamond. They are falsely advertising as Lab Grown Diamond when they aren’t. The test they ran for the Diamond said it was even Lab Grown. Unfortunately, we are past the 30 day free return because We got engaged September 26. If anyone is wanting a Lab Grown Diamond, don’t buy from here. It isn’t even one! I hate how my fiancé spent 1,500$ on a ring that isn’t even Lab Grown.... super disappointed "

"My engagement ring, a Cinderlla Staircase, was purchased about 9 years ago. It is a beautiful ring! A few months ago, I noticed that there were some scratches on the center stone. Since I didn't purchase the ring, and my then fiance and I have long since broken up, I didn't know if Diamond Nexus would honor the warranty. I contacted customer service and gave them some information so they could look up the account, they found it and assured me the stone was covered! They emailed me a shipping label and within a few days of mailing the ring back, was sent a quote to have the stone replaced, the setting repaired and cleaned and polished! Since I wasn't sure about the warranty, I had taken the ring to a different jeweler and was quoted $250 for the repair to the setting and $500-750 to replace the center stone. I was looking at around $1K to restore the ring to it's original fabulousness! I paid a nominal fee of $120 to Diamond Nexus and will be getting my ring back to me, fully restored, in a few days. The customer service reps are AWESOME! Everyone I have spoken to has been knowledgeable and very helpful! I have read several negative reviews about Diamond Nexus and their products and customer service and I have a few things to say about them...First, even if it the stones are CZ (and I am not saying they are) WHO CARES? They are obviously high quality stones that come with a LIFETIME warranty and the settings are 14K gold. So, again, WHO CARES? Second, I have spoken to several customer service reps since I sent my ring in for repair, and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM, without exception, has been courteous, knowledgable and helpful. Diamond Nexus is an awesome company with awesome products and employees!!"

"My husband and I have purchased two pairs of solitaire earrings, .66 carat and recently .36 carat. Love them both! We also purchased an engagement ring and wedding band (Talya) as an upgrade to my previous mined diamond and band. We both love this ring and couldn't be happier. I lost a small diamond from my band a few years back. I was heartbroken and call DN customer service. They were amazing and took care of replacing the diamond, gave the ring a "spa" treatment and sent it back to me in record time. I highly recommend Diamond Nexus. We have never been disappointed with a single purchase!"

"I traded in my 14k white gold ring for platinum because the white gold was tarnishing after just 2 months. I never wear it in the shower or when washing my hands or dishes so I was disappointed but it could just be my body chemistry. I love the platinum ring, it’s well made and heavy.
