"They sent me the wrong size ring. When I told them 2 independent jewelers told me it was a standard size 6.5 (I ordered a 6), they challenged me and said “all ring companies have different sizes and ours might run large”… WHAT????

I said I measured my finger per their website instructions, but they were having none of it! My options… pay to get it resized by their jeweler or return it for a 25% restocking fee.

All I wanted was a 6 (maybe that is 5.5 to them?). They said they sold out of that size and restated my options.

Seriously, they were so nice when I placed my order… but were very aggressive and unhelpful when THEY MESSED UP!

I ended up just having them return my ring to me (they were going to charge shipping to me for this, but they caved on that, so I didn’t pay).

Very, very frustrating.

Therefore… buyer beware!

PS- the ring is also not very shiny at all. Overall, very dissatisfied.

"Don't buy from Diamond Nexus. I've had my ring less than 3 years and the stone fell out of the setting. The company inspected the ring and told me that it had fallen out because of my lifestyle. They said I could trade-up my ring, which means I send my ring back to them, they then give me a credit for it toward purchasing a more expensive ring, I then pay the difference. They repeatedly claim their jewelry is of heirloom quality. It's not. Also, please be aware that their stones are NOT lab-grown diamonds. They are man-made stones, like moissanite and cubic zirconia are man-made stones. Don't be fooled by their referring to them as "lab-grown diamond simulants." It sounds like lab-grown diamond, doesn't it? It's all marketing trickery. Save yourself the heartache, don't purchase from Diamond Nexus."

"I had purchased several items from diamond nexus and their guarantee WAS to be good as gold. They have now changed their guarantee and will not honor any of its older products sold. They will replace any scratched or cloudy stones but they will not guarantee their work like they used to. I will not purchase from this company again.

"I made a purchase on their website and everything was smooth, except for the 4 days It took me to check every other company that deals with Lab Diamonds.. then the models that I liked etc. The purchase was successful and was happy. Two days later, I get a call from Jessica saying that she worked at the fraud department of Diamond Nexus, which was odd to me since usually, it is the bank that calls you to make a fuzz out of your bogus purchase. When I said why was I being accused of a fraudulent purchase she said it was because of my mother's name on the card (We have the same last name) I explained that my mother did not speak Spanish and asked for a Spanish speaking representative, they had none. And rudely they preferred to cancel my purchase than to even call the bank to make sure. This is very strange to me as I felt profiled I can imagine them calling every purchase to say hey, your names don't match. And making it a point that my mother was not an English speaker was plain rude and racist. Stay Away from this company ... Now I have to ways 7 days to get my money back."

"I got my ring on October 2018 , it is so pretty and I get complements about how pretty and shine is all the time I work seeing patient all day and they loved it . I recently had to get it fix and clean , they fixed it withing 2 weeks even tho they said it was going to be a longer time . Really good comunication and they do care fot their costumers. "My husband purchased the deco engagement and wedding band back in 2016. Was very happy and content knowing or thinking they were “lab created” diamonds and not Cubic Zirconia. Well I went to a few jewelry stores and learned they ARE CUBIC ZIRCONIA and NOT lab created diamonds. There is a great difference and he reassured me they are NOT lab created diamonds. I am so upset and disappointed. I knew I wasn’t getting an actual mined diamond and like I said I was content in lab created BUT was reassured this is neither. This is CZ.
