"I had to contact Destination Lighting because the delivery company wasn't delivering because they did not have my phone number. Then the delivery company called to setup delivery. I said the 25th and she scheduled it for the 24th. I had to correct her. They I got a call the following day to setup my appointment again and had to tell them I was already scheduled for a delivery. The delivery company was supposed to be here on the 25th between 11 and 3 p.m. but they never showed up. I had to call the delivery company who put me through to a voicemail that was not setup. I had to call the delivery company again who then let me know that the person out for delivery was behind schedule. Wow! What a disaster. Our light is also tipping forward. Now I am thinking we should send it back because for $400 it should not fall forward on carpet. My husband says it is because our carpet is shag, but that is no excuse after paying so much. "
