"I purchased the glass lamp shade for an expensive Pottery Barn light that broke. The lamp I purchased was perfect size, shape, etc. The big problem was that there was no edging or lip at the small part of the cone shaped lamp to put into the socket and then tighten the screws into it! In fact, it appeared that the lamp had previously been cut as this part was slightly crooked. I paid $39.95 for the lamp and received a credit for $30 back. By the way, the new lamp shade which does fit cost me $4.95 with $4.00 for shipping. Can't see the $31 difference anywhere! "

On the site I was told 7-10 business days for shipping, I received a email from customer service on the 5th day letting me know it shipped. On the 9th day I did email CS and right away I received a email that it was out for delivery.
