"I placed an order for 130.05, at the end of the order, there was a pop up offering a product for a really reduced price, so I added that to the order. Making the order total 150.04. They placed a hold on the 130.05 and then when the order shipped they charged my account for the 150.04. Both showed on my checking account. I called and was told by customer service that it would take 5 business days for the 130.05 "hold" to come off. So I 280.09 was held on my account. Customer service argued with me that it was ok because I only got charge the higher amount and that they would take off the "hold" in 5 days. I asked to talk to a supervisor, was put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. When I called back, the customer service rep told me that it would be pointless to talk to her supervisor because she was just going to tell me the same thing. I asked how to return the products, I was given a return number and was told it would take 14 business days after they received the order back and then It would take another 3-5 business days before I saw the money back in my account. This company is committing fraud!!! Don't order from them, I never will again!!!!"
"Placed order using a promotional code and never received an e-mail confirmation, but order was listed on the site. Several days later I was informed the company was claiming the promotion was "fraud". I never received a cancellation even though my order was in fact cancelled. Paypal stills shows charges as pending."
