"We have been using Deluxe to order our marketing for over two years now and we have never been dissatisfied!!
We have ordered pens, chap sticks, stickers, and hand sanitizes all with our Company logo on it. There has never been any issue and its is always perfect! The reorder process is so easy. (I'm sure they don't want me to tell you this but there is always some sort of discount or promotion going on to get a little money off your order) The products are already really affordable but that is a little bonus!. If I have had any issues with the ordering process it was just a quick call to get things straightened out!
DON'T HESITATE TO ORDER FROM DELUXE!

Underwhelming

"Purchased promotional hex pencils with standard printing.

Received the product almost a week after estimated shipping date.

Product was not printed correctly and sharpened unevenly. The complete order had to be reprinted and shipped back.

Customer service was apologetic and proceeded to redo the order.

Still waiting to receive the product.

Overall -- disappointed with the entire experience thus far.

Fast , professional , and inexpensive

"I needed 40 customized mugs for a party fast , not expensive , and detailed . They asked me many questions about my design to make sure I LOVED it before they made it . That process was fast and they shipped it in 3 days ! I expected 2 weeks . Very happy with this company . Trust me , I am a real person and not a fake review LOL. "

Website is horrible.. way behind the tech curve

"First you can't see what the product will look like after you upload your image.... they say to call customer support to see a sample.. not sure how you're supposed to see through a phone... then they send me an email with this horrible grainy black and white picture that you can barely tell it's my logo and it still doesn't even show how it will look on my envelopes... it was just a worse version of what I sent them.. so I notice the email they sent me and while I'm chatting with customer support I tell her that " i hope my order isn't just in black ink.. the logo I sent and paid for was red and blue"... she tells me there was fine print somewhere that said if I wanted color I had to call customer support... gotta be kidding me.. .why would placing a simple order be so difficult? Needless to say once she told me my order had plans to just be printed in black and that I should call the 1800# to update my order before they print I just told her to cancel the order... Never again... "

No Response

"I received my calendars and they looked great, but I didn't receive any envelopes to mail them out to my customers. I called their customer service to find out what happened as soon as they arrived, and had to leave a message. It's been almost 2 weeks now and I still haven't heard back. I've had to go purchase envelopes to send these out."

1st order was a problem, but fixed quickly

"I had tumblers with our logo engraved on them shipped before Christmas. When they arrived, the quality of the print was not the same as my original order with Inkhead (before they merged companies). The print was not raised up and it had faint horizontal lines all throughout. After dealing with customer service, they quickly had another order shipped within a couple of days and delivered to me with express shipping to FL from California. I appreciate the effort to quickly fix issues when they arise. The new tumblers were perfect - print was nice and smooth and exactly like my last order with Inkhead. Thanks!"

Calendars and Christmas cards

"The original calendar that was ordered was out of stock and was notified a little later. Not a problem because the customer service department was very quick to respond to my needs. I was very disappointed that I did not receive the envelopes to go with the calendars for mailing and working on getting that resolved today. I'm sure going forth it will be a smoother transaction. The calendars did arrive earlier than anticipated. Overall, the experience was good.

The Christmas cards were beautiful and was surprised at how fast they arrived. Thank you!
