This company needs a zero.

"Do not order from this company. They have a ez no hassle return policy. That’s a joke. They are refusing to take back two down rods I ordered that have not even been taken out of original packaging. Says they are non returnable but no where do they state down rods are non returnable. "

Don't Be Mislead

"I ordered 5 lighting fixtures on 4/21 that totaled over $600. Not only have I not received all of them yet, but have yet to receive an update. One fixture had to be returned. It took 2 phone calls and two emails to finally get the return authorization. If that wasn't bad enough I had to pay the return shipping, despite a $600 order, and had to scan and email a copy of the UPS receipt to the company! They know how to process the order and payment quickly, but it ends there. I would be returning everything at those point except I would have to pay the return shipping! "

Terrible company

"We spent $1500 for a vanity and received it few days ago. The vanity looks horrible, has horrible construction and broken pieces. I have requested to return because it is worst than my old vanity that I am replacing. I am still waiting to hear from them. Worst customer service. There is no phone number to call for returns, its through email. I was I had seen the reviews before I placed an order with this awful company. "

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Scam and Fraud

"I ordered a light fixture . it arrived broken and used. Decorprice had it listed on their sight as new resold it as new!
After over a month of fighting to get my money back they agreed they'd refund my money but I had to pay to have it shipped back! After spending 48$ to send the broken garbage used fixture back they refused to refund my money and re-listed the broken fixture for sale as new!

No Hassle Return Policy ****

"I bought an $1,800 chandelier and wanted to return it on day 21. They said they couldn't take the return based on the 'manufacturer policy.' Do not buy from this company unless you plan to keep them."

Worst customer service ever experienced

"I would not recommend buying from this company. I had a back order product that I had to reach out to them to get ANY information about when it "might" show up. Several unanswered emails and sat on hold 11 min. just to speak someone. I was given what felt like the run around and when I asked for the tracking # they were extremely rude on the phone and I was hung up on at the end and I still have no tracking # even though its shipping today, supposable. Very deceptive company I will never purchase from them again. I really hope my fan shows up undamaged as I fear the worst if I have to deal with them for product damage. Purchase made 1/3 it is now 2/12....still waiting."
