My husband and I had trouble deciding on pendant lights for our new construction house and these were the perfect choice. They are the same.

"We have ordered a ceiling fan also that was brand name &a bout $300 less than all other sites. Extremely pleased & would highly recommend!!! The only downside is return shipping but even with that the cost evens out."

Run far away from this vendor!

"I should have paid more attention to earlier reviews. Ordered item, they sent the incorrect item, after 30 plus emails, they are refusing a refund. I notified them and sent back the wrong item within 2 days of receipt. Absolutely ridiculously bad customer service. BUYER BEWARE!!"

Fredrick Raymond Reverie 12 light chandelier

"Decor Price had the best price for the chandelier that we wanted. It was received in a very timely manner. Some of the crystals were broken when we received the fixture but Max in customer service/sales had our replacements sent from the manufacturer within a day. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and will be using Decor Price for other items. Thank you!"

Never Again

"I ordered a ceiling fan and it arrived missing parts, scratched and clearly in used condition. I've been getting the run around for days about a refund because they refuse to pay the $65 dollar shipping charge for me to return their used, defective fan. Unbelievable. Save your money and shop elsewhere "

Terrible; they don't even deserve 1 star!

"I need to return a fan and have called 3 times to receive the initiation of information to begin the return. Everytime I call, someone picks up in a loud environment who is curt and barely speaks English. I then go through my whole story again. They tell me that someone will send info over via email, and several days go by and I do this again. TERRIBLE customer service."

Excellent Customer Service and Genuine People with genuine products.

"Recently I purchased few wall sconces, Chandeliers and Toilet from them and they arrived in a timely fashion without any scratch on it. The guy over the phone was very helpful and provided all information before I could make my purchase. I gifted wall sconces to one of my friends in overseas and they are amazed with the style and quality. Decorprice Rocks!!!"

Excellent Service

"I ordered fans for my home about two months ago. They have been on back order. Anxious to know when they were to ship, I contacted ****@****. I immediately received a response from Max the Manager - Customer service and Sales expert, Designer Lighting and Fan. Every time I followed up with Max, he immediately checked on my order and kept me up to date. He was always available and very responsive. Customer Service is very important to me when ordering a product. "
