"I was hesitant to make a purchase of this magnitude (Fujifilm X-T2) from someone other than the "mega-dealers", but after reading stellar customer reviews of Deals All Year decided to call and get a feel for the tone of the company. Had a delightful conversation with Steve, who answered my questions and offered a deal that I could not beat anywhere else. Email confirmations were received promptly, product shipped exactly when promised and tracking notification was provided. Shipping packaging was sturdy (basically identical to Amazon or B&H) and camera was exactly as described. It was in a "kit" box with the kit lens removed but this disclosed up front while shopping. After arduously spending more time deciding on a camera than I spent planning my wedding 40 years ago, I'm happy to say that both have resulted in great outcomes! Looking forward to another 40 years with my spouse and another purchase from Deals All Year."

"I'm sure you can all relate to the modern drama of bad customer service across most industries and services. I'm so used to dealing with machines that I sometimes get surprised to even get a live person on the phone these days!
So...it was a big shocker to get an immediate reply to my e-mail message to Deals All Year customer service number, with a direct number to call on a Saturday morning. I was expecting a reply from customer service sometime on Monday during regular business hours. I had made a mistake with my order (I ordered a Canon Mark IV camera) and didn't read all the fine print about the delivery. I had an event and a trip coming up in a few days and I wasn't going to have a camera at all.
I called the number and ended up speaking to Steve White, the owner himself, and together we worked out the problem so I would end up with my new camera in 3 days time, right on time for my event. The best part was that Steve took his time speaking with me, with amazing patience and sense of humor, and went above and beyond to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
We even had an entire conversation about photography, how it can change a person's life, the camera I purchased and other's people's stories and work. It definitely put a positive spin on the rest of my day.
As a beginner photographer it's always great to talk to people who know a lot about the subject and can give you new insights while having a great attitude about it.
Definitely deserves 100 stars and A+++ for attitude!

"It is scary when buying a $3500 camera body, you really have to trust the seller. A couple of years ago I came across this company and bought the Canon Mark III as part of a big kit from them. It came with several accessories that were of good quality. The salesman even upgraded my ND filters for free! It was such a good experience I purchased my first Sigma Art lens from them. I ended up not having a good time with that lens so I called them to return it. Guess What? They took it back without a restock fee and sold me a Canon at a great price. I could not believe it.

When it came time to buy my next lens, I talked to them at length and trusted Steven's guidance on the Sigma Art 85mm lens. It is not just about my favorite lens I have ever owned! There was no question to just go direct to them last year (instead of ebay) and buy the Mark IV. Just this past month I purchased my second Sigma Art lens, the 50mm, and Steven helped me again. It says something when employees stay for years. He was really good to me for customer loyalty and gave me a 7 year warranty absolutely FREE! He guided me through buying my first continuous light and even said he would ship all of them on a rush at no charge since I needed the lens and light for a job this coming week.

I cannot say enough about having a company you can trust. People you come to know and realize that they value you as an artist and business owner. Deals All Year really does have deals all year, excellent customer service, and are now my go to shop for all my purchases."

"We purchased a Nikon D5 from Steve in November 2017. I wanted the camera as a last minute gift for my wife's birthday and for her to be able to upgrade from her Nikon D750 she had been using for the previous 2 years. I purchased the camera the day before Thanksgiving and was concerned it would never make it in time for my wife's birthday; however, Steve assured the camera would arrive for my wife's birthday. It actually arrived the day before her birthday! Any time I spoke with Steve over the phone, he was polite, patient, and able to provide me with the information I was seeking.
