"I don't need to tell much about this people you can see their rate I should do that before I buy from them. It has passed more than a month and I did not received my refund from them, every time I send an e-mail they reply telling me it will take 1 - 2 days and until now nothing was refunded."

"I will never do business with these people again. I ordered an amplifier from them on 19 June. I emailed (because they never answer their phone even waited for 30 min one time) to find out the status 3 days later and they said we will update and ship immediately. Two days later I emailed again. They said 1 -2 days and it will be out. After a week, I told them to cancel my order because I wouldn't receive it before I needed it. What crappy customer service. I guess cheap prices means cheap customer service."

"You guys should file a report with the IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center) which is the FBI, National White Collar Crime (NW3C), and Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA). Federal, State or Local will contact you through phone and ask you to send them every little bit of information regarding the order, I have my bank statement showing the day they took my money and also e-mails and phone conversations asking them to cancel the order and refund my money. I'm glad I did my order through my bank and now they also are going to get involve. Also keep sending them your bank statement every 3-4 days so they can see that the company has not refunded your money. Thats all they need from you."

"PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH DEALERCOSTCARAUDIO.COM INCASE YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
NO PROFESSIONLISM AT ALL.

Order 59113 was placed on 20th May after getting confirmation about products in stock.

NO shipment nor update from them, hence asked to cancel. They didnt even bother. When called was on hold for atleast 30-45mins before you get hold on associate.
With mutliple follows order cancelled on 4th June and till date(16th July) no refund.

POsted a review on this website on 23rd June, they asked me to REMOVE THE POST AND WORK WITH THEM FOR RESOLUTION.

Trusted them and changed my REVIEW,but they didnt keep up their words.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT SHOP ON DCCA.

"I ordered an amp on May 19,2010. Cancelled it the next day. Asked for a refund and went through the refund process. DCCA said 2-3 days and we will have the refund. It has been over a month now and no refund. They told me to check with my bank. I have checked my bank every day, and nothing. I have emailed them every day about the refund and they keep saying 1-2 days, 2-3 days and so on. The y obviously don't have any morals or they wouldn't treat people like this. I am working with my bank and I have contacted my lawyer (my dad).He has emailed them and they won't respond to him. I wonder why. They are thieves! Still no refund. I doubt I will ever see my money again.
BEWARE OF THIEVES!! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"NEVER Ever do business with these people. The customer service is horrible. Waited over one hour just to speak with some one. Now have waited one month for my stuff. SCAM!!! Followed all the procedures to get the refund and nothing. Stupid three to four word answers. Do yourself a favor and NEVER order from here!!! We have now turned them in to a local law office and California department of justice. Please do not order from them ever.



Well its now July 20th and still no refund!!!! Nice phone call to Calif. Local police and a letter from our attorney should solve this. I said I would do a follow up HOW DO YOU LIKE IT!!! Enjoy the LAW!

"i got the same story like most of you. no tracking number until now. they don't give the real status of my order. crappy email replies. they don't even tell their names in the email. well, on my last email... i told them that they got until June 25 to ship or the 26th to return my money. if nothing happens then lawsuit on monday!
honestly, i'm excited about the lawsuit. i'm gonna make sure these people gets jailed.
[update]the same day i posted my review...i finally got a sensible email.. asking me to remove my review and solving the problem ourselves.
the next day, i got a tracking no., but not yet seen on the UPS website (something like 24hrs before the status gets uploaded). then i received the item today.
finally some relief!
so i thank resellerratings.com. if not for this site, dcca wouldn't have responded the way they should have.
if dcca told me the real status of what i ordered, then i could have decided something sooner. i wouldn't have been frustrated because i kept on wondering.
so my advice: if you're having problems with dcca, post it here.
to dcca: thank you for sending the item. update your website everyday! and improve the way you communicate with your customers.

"Unfortunately I found out about this web site after I placed my order. I ordered a Sub and Amp through them. It has been a month and I have received nothing. I demanded a refund a couple weeks ago and I haven't gotten my money back. Unfortunately this is one of those times that I e-commerce has failed me. I'm gonna take the other guys lead and call the Santa Monica District Attorneys office. If anything if they get enough calls maybe this company will get shut down.

Yes order was canceled. No funds have been issued back to me or my bank. I'm still out 400 plus dollars. Don't belive this guys lies. Think.... In this situation who has what to gain by lieing. This company is running a credit card scam. They say that the refund has been submited. They never do. The card company or bank issues you back your money but they never follow up with dcca in dispute due to the cost of fighting over little amounts. Some way some how I'm getting dcca shut down

"7/29/10 Update.......Finally after having our credit union contact and threaten company, my son got his money back....over 2 months after their promise of EVERY DAY that the money had been refunded. #1 Biggest liars and thieves I've ever seen! #2 ACT FAST! Banks and credit unions have time limits sometimes, but fortunately in the case of these thieves which I think they've had alot of experience with....they did process our request but some will limit it to 2 months after the initial purchase...a fact I'm sure DCCA is aware of which makes them drag it out that long so they think you can't get your money back. #3....Don't think that your complaints are not being heard at the District Attorney's office and elsewhere. We were contacted back by them and they were very interested in this thieving website. So keep those complaints going into them. DCCA THE BIGGEST LIARS AND THIEVES EVER KNOWN TO ME!!!!

"place the order on a early Thursday and paid $80 for next day air service order did not come in the following day. Saw it takes 24-48 hours to ship gave them until Monday then, it did not show up, email seller they did not have any tracking info YET, saw this site and started to freak out and on Wednesday there was no info about my equipment had to go to my bank sign and affidavid to get my money and also had to cancel my credit card because of this guys BAD customer service. Worst expirience EVEN bying online. Would NOT recomment and will never buy anything EVER again from this people. Oh and they take the money out of your account is just a few hours. DON'T BUY from this people."

"I have to admit, I feel almost embarrassed that I didn't do my homework before ordering some from Dealer Cost, because I have gotten the same run around as everyone else has seems to have gotten. I placed my order on May 19th. My money is taken immediately and I get the order conformation e-mail, so it seems okay there. Wrong! After waiting about 5 days and not receiving any info, I e-mailed them asking about my order, and then it all started. My order should ship "any day", and then when I inquired about it again, it was "delayed". Then a few days later, "waiting for more info", then after about a week, we started to talk about shipping another model that they did have in stock, and he only offered 1 model, that wasn't even comparable to the one I ordered, and I've been on this run around for 2 weeks. Even though the website says it will e-mail you back within 1 hour, I have only gotten 1 e-mail a day maximum. And the e-mails are borderline worthless anyway because, like another review stated, they seem as though they are from a 5 year old. I can type an entire paragraph asking numerous questions, and I get a short and simple sentence as the response. But this company seems to be a SCAM for real. I looked them up on the Better Business Borough, and they have a rating of F, with with many, many complaints filed against them. I'm currently in the process of trying to get a refund, and I will update it here if I ever get anything, but from what I've seen and read about this company, I will expect nothing but more run around. I will give them 7 days (as required by the BBB) and then I will start filing as many formal complaints as possible. I highly urge anyone interested in doing business with dealer cost car audio, I highly suggest otherwise! "

"This company is nothing but an internet scam. I ordered a remote start kit May 1 and DCCA immediately charged my credit card, before the item was even shipped. I patiently waited for 1 MONTH and finally inquired about the items and they gave me a bogus tracking number and PROMISED to deliver the items in 2-3 days. In reality they were just buying themselves several additional weeks of earning interest on my money. Thank goodness my credit card company fought the fight for me and immediately took back the almost $250 I spent. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I'm posting this on every web site I can find to warn others."

"This company has really stressed me out. They took two weeks and I didn't get any shipment notification for my orders so I emailed them and they told me they would cancel it. A few hours after they told me they would cancel it, they give me a shipping notice telling me my order was "partially shipped", I called the next day asking them why they shipped it when I told them to refund it and they said it hasn't shipped yet so I can still get a refund, so they told me to email their management and tell them. I did and they said they would take care of it...2 days later my package arrived when I don't even want it because I ordered my stuff from somewhere else. I'm going to refuse the package and file a dispute with my bank asap! This company is the worst company you could buy from and the prices on ebay are cheaper anyway. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I'm also having the same issues with orders (60059, 60060, 60063) as well."
