"I summarize my experience with the Real-Cool-Deals company as follows and hope that my experience will help you save money, time, and headache by not ordering anything from this company:
1. Before placing my order, they quickly responded to my preliminary questions in a matter of hours. After I placed my order they totally ignored the questions and concerns I had raised regarding their applying sales tax (as the company was a Chinese-based company, a fact that had I known before, I would not have placed my order), or their not applying the promised discount to my entire purchased items.
2. Their catchphrase, "RUSH MY ORDER" at the last stage of the checkout process prompted me to place my order after much debating with myself. As it turned out it was nothing more than an empty promise as it took nearly a month for my order to arrive.
3. And when my order did arrive, I was immediately taken aback by how unprofessionally and unsafely the package appeared and felt. There was no protective shield around it, it was just a paper-thin wrapper which was punctured at a couple of places already.
4. Inside were my two masks and the set of extra filters that I had ordered. According to my invoice, I was supposed to receive 2 NK-95 masks, but they had sent me a mask with no label, and another which had an unfamiliar label on it. Both of the masks were constructed of inferior materials of the poorest quality, and neither one was a good fit for my face. They were practically useless to me.
5. I emailed the company and complained about the fact that I had received the wrong masks and the wrong size, but they totally ignored my complaint and my email altogether.
6. I did not even bother initiating the return process, for I had had a similar experience with a Chinese company in the past, and was aware of how impossible it was to try to get my money back. I simply threw away the pack of garbage they had sent me and took my $90 loss on the chin.
Conclusion: Real-Cool-Deals is a shoddy and dishonest company, which will take your money, but gives you nothing worthwhile in return. I sincerely advise against doing business with them and strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for your facial masks needs."

"To all: Obviously the stuff here is fake...just like DX or Priceangels or what have you...you get what you pay for.
I ordered fake beats tour (basic white model). They are great quality regardless of price and got here from HK in a WEEK. Including weekends. With free shipping. I'm surprised. On top of that, the package arrived all the way from asia with only a small dent. In comparison, my dealextreme package took a month and a half and came tattered. Very pleased overall."
"I had purchased an item as a gift for my younger brother (which was a retractable monkey headphones) and another item for myself. Both items arrived with dented and crinkled packaging, most likely due to the mailman trying to cram the box into my mailbox, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The item I purchased as a gift was defective, so I emailed them twice at 1 week intervals explaining the situation and they NEVER responded and still haven't responded. (It is now 8/9/2011)

The only way to contact the company is by email and I sent on to them with my concerns and asked for a replacement or refund. I got a reply back form them saying "none of our customers have had this issue before, can you be more specific." I had a Blackberry HS-500 headset before but recently lost it. I found this site and ordered the same Blackberry HS-500 Bluetooth headset 2 weeks ago. Regular price is $30-$50. I was lure by the $19.59 shipped price.
It was shipped from Hong Kong, when I received the product, the packing looks original with user manual and everything, excepted missing the ear plug for various ear size, only got the original one.
I connected the headset and found that it only support phone audio, there is no A2DP (media audio) profile at all. I then tested the quality of the call, I can hear other people loud and clear, however, other people hear lots of statics and humming sound although the headset is within 2 feet of the phone. Once I turned off the Bluetooth then they can hear me clearly. It is supposed to have Noise Cancellation but I can't test it because it is already so noise.
It is totally a fake/imitation item, that's why it is significantly cheaper. The original item I had printed "BlackBerry" at the back of the headset, but this item printed "Bluetooth" instead.
I tried to return it but they need me to pay for the shipping to China with tracking number. I might get back very minimal if I have to ship it to them at my own cost.
Disputing the via paypal and will see what will happen next. Very disappointed.

"Do not buy a (non-Chinese) brand items with the expectation that what you will receive is genuine.
That means don't buy "Sony," "Sennheiser," "Lady Gaga," or anything like that. There are different levels or qualities of copies or counterfeit items. There are "high-copies" and "low-copies."
If you decide to buy a branded item, the chances are, are that it will be unusable will go straight to the trash.
I'd say 80-99% chance of something unusable, horrible.
10-1% change you have something that resembles something usable.
You might spend $20 worth of $4 earphones (So 5 items) which retail in stores for $9.99. One or them might be usable. Or you could spend that $10 to begin with and have the better quality & genuine item that you wanted.
Remember, you get what you pay for. No one spends their time and effort running a business with the goal of losing money.
Non-branded/generic items/trinkets are possibly okay to buy.
Free (airmail) shipping for all items; that is, shipping cost is included in the price of the items.
Items are shipped from China (Hong Kong Post, or maybe China Air). Items usually arrives in around 14 days to the US. A few days for their staff to collect items from local markets in China (I'm guessing around Shenzhen), then a 1-1 1/2 weeks in transit/posting to USPS then to you.
Make a decision based on various factors. I won't explain everything on a store review. Many items, you're better off buying in a local discount or dollar store.
