"I ordered a "305 Bluetooth Wireless Earpiece" for $60 from this company. It took 3 weeks which is OK because it was coming from overseas. The price got me to buy the product. When I finally got it, all I got was a tiny box with the earpiece inside it and no instructions. The writing on the box itself was not written in english. The battery did not come with the unit and no indication of what type it was (it's really tiny, though). This device required a receiver unit and could not operate on its own (I knew this from experience with similar devices), which I thought was part of the system, but was not included. So I wrote Deal-Cool. After waiting for over a week, I got a reply that said I needed to order the receiver separately ("Bluetooth Wireless 305 Earpiece Transmitter", $18.87). The description of the earpiece did not mention this. Since returning the earpiece would incur customs hassles and cost, plus there was no guarantee of seeing my money again, I ordered the receiver device to at least get the system to work. What came looked nothing like the item on their website. It was even packaged in a used plastic bag. Again, no instructions. It didn't even have a battery compartment and had a plug that is not the kind that plugs into any cell phone. I surmise this is just another piece of an larger system. I wrote them again and this time got no response. So, I'm out $80. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS. Their stuff is cheap junk."
