"I ordered on 10-2 and still have no contact regarding my order and it is now 10-27. The site was backed by a company called BUY SAFE and they have contacted me 3 times to see if my order was to my satisfaction. Terrible service and still no item."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FOLKS. THEY DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL.
I ordered 3 disk drives from these folks. Never got a confirmation of order. Emailed and didn't get a response whatsoever. When I threatened to call credit card company, I got a response that said they would send for "Saturday" arrival. I said "monday was OK", to make it cheaper for their freight charges. Then got a note drives would arrive Tuesday (they didn't). Wed I got a note saying "we'll be shipping soon".
Credit card was charged under a different name than the company, "ContentNow", which doesnt' exist on the net.
Not sure if it's a false company, or just an unprofessional & unreliable company with TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
But it doesnt' matter. They don't do what they say, and I've now launched a credit card dispute with these folks.

"I received my order after ten business days but my order could never be tracked on their website as their system reported the order didn't exist. My initial e-mail response from customer service was fast and even after normal business hours. The shipping is slower than average but the prices are lower than average because they partner with other companies signing you up for trial subscriptions. If one can put up with the lack of communication regarding order status, just expecting the order to show up in ten business days, and calling to cancel your trial subscription if you didn't want it in the first place save for getting the great price, then I recommend this site. Remember to cancel your trial subscription before thirty days if you don't want it."
"I'm not sure that I'll comeback here as a customer. My purchase was made over 5 business days, and it STILL hasn't been shipped. The Website said it would be processed from 3-5 days, and received within 10... not so! The shipping was over $20, for 2 stylus/pens. You would think it would have made it to me already. Not very happy with the service. Hopefully I'll actually receive the merchandise.
