" I won't order again. Wish I'd read the reviews first. Ordered an IN STOCK part because I needed it fast. (Had a Truck down) The dealer said he could have it ordered on Tuesday and have it Friday, for $40.00 No shipping. Dave's was $46.?? plus 9.99 shipping. Ordered it from Dave's and they didn't even ship it until the next Monday and got it Wednesday. Really saved time there! Plus when I emailed them to cancel the order after I found out it wasn't going to get shipped out fast I got a return email Thursday after i got the part. At least its not named DavesFASTdiscountautoparts.com"

"The Website said they had part in stock and they did not. I ordered a part 2nd day and after waiting three days they told me they would not have it until tomorrow. After asking to credit me the money back the guy hung up on me..What a DB.

When the website says in Stock Normally a person would think it is in Stock. After talking to customer service they told me it should arrive from Mopar tomorrow. Last time I checked "In Stock" and "we will have to order" has two different meanings.

Let me help you a little on your PR skills. We appologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Also... When terminating a call it is customary to say goodbye.(at least I thought it was here in America)..

"well i really loved the prices on your parts but with the extera coast at the border makes it bad i ended up paying the shipping twice you should add all the coast to the prices before shipping but i am still waiting for my parts witch after 16 day you should check into the shipping coast more carefully "

"Placed order for part that was listed as available on website, however after my order was completed I received an email advising me that the part was no longer in stock and was refunded my payment. I think in future you should list items as unavailable to prevent dissatisfied customers"
