"Ordered a part for a customer from Dave's because it wasn't available anywhere else with overnight shipping. I was going to order it from amazon but it was only available with 5 day shipping. So I paid the extra $60 for overnight. Part took 3 days to get onto the ups truck, and then it was overnight. When I asked for a refund through PayPal they said it was in the fine print and everyone does it this way. All that could be done is to offer a refund of the part, but not the shipping. Seems pretty misleading to me that they offer overnight shipping but are to busy to get it to ups. Use amazon, much more dependable although limited selection. "

"In one word terrible i ordered all my parts from them and 4 business days 6 actual days ago and i get an email from daves saying they don't have all the parts i ordered and the ones they don't have they couldn't even find someone to get them from. so i went back to the website the next day thinking i might have made a mistake and one of the parts wasn't in stock when i ordered it but there it was still up, still claiming they had some in stock. so don't believe them if they claim to have your parts in stock because they probably don't. so 6 days to figure out that they don't even know how to find the parts they claim to have. no customer service no nice call from headquarters just a sentence about not having the parts i ordered and that they could still send me some of the stuff i bought from them if i wanted them to. personally i'm not gonna risk it who knows they didn't know they didn't have the one part who knows if the others what they claim it is so I personally will never visit that website again."

Used sear ch engine to find parts for older 1966 jeep pick up truck and put in correct engine and it is not the correct water pump or heater core, radiator hose, ect... Just want to send stuff back. Filled out online ticket for no hassle return and instead got no response. Not very good customer service. Don't offer a source if your not going to utilize it. Very disappointed!"
