I hope that the more intelligent readers will read everything that was written and see that it was all composed more or less on a single night, likely when Mommy didn't realize that the writer wasn't in bed. Dartek is an outstanding company to work with if you are a business customer. I can't speak for them as far as consumer markets go, and I don't think that consumers have a right to speak for how Dartek might interact with the business sector.

The fact is that Dartek's employees (let's face it...it all comes down to people) are always going to take care of their customers. I have had minor problems in the past, but my rep always takes care of me. Always.

I trust that any business customers will be bright enough to know not to rely on some whining child's pathetic rants about Dartek and will look at them as a business and will make their purchasing decisions accordingly. I did, and I couldn't be happier."

I have never had a bad experience and think the bad comments left are unfair. It sounds to me like a someone is set out to bash this great company. Try them yourself start with something small if you like, If your a corporation you really should make sure you ask for a corporate sales rep though it's the only way to make sure you get the best quotes.
