"I had previously rated Dartek, and left just a few obligatory "nice" sentences. However, after completely reading the other comments about Dartek, I decided to rewrite my own comments.
I have been doing business with Dartek for about 3 years and have spent between 10 and 20 thousand dollars with them. I have NEVER had a problem.My account rep, Josh Flener, never fails in finding the answer to the most obscure question I might have about a product. Dartek does not always have the lowest price, but that kind of support costs (and is worth) money, and often they do have the lowest price.
It seems to me that EVERY one of the negative comments on this site are due to one product that was improperly priced. If one pays attention to the grammar and spelling of those posts, it is easy to figure out that they came from kids. The product in question was not a business product, but a product most likely used by kids. It appears to me that there was an orchestrated effort to negatively rate Dartek based on one bad incident. Almost all of the comments happened in a 2 hour period on a single day over a year and a half ago. Some of the comments refer to "bait n switch", however I fail to see, through any of the comments, where Dartek attempted a "switch" of any kind. Some of the comments refer to Dartek attempting to lure people in with a too-good-to-be-true price in order to get personal information. If I were trying to get people's personal information, I would certainly NOT use a product that would lure in a bunch of kids.
Certainly at some point resellerratings.com will drop these old posts and Dartek's true rating will show through."
