"Delivered as promised. Looked just like it did online. Would do business again."

"When this order was placed it said the item would be shipped in 2-3 weeks. I am now at over 3 weeks and I I seem to get from the company is that "it's still in production." Just very disappointed in the lack of communication on their part and lack of getting the item completed and mailed when they said it would be. I ordered this item for my mother's 60th birthday and it doesn't look as it will make it. Very disappointed!!"
