"Ordered a mothers ring 3 weeks ago, received it a couple days ago. It is indeed gorgeous... real stones are not as 'pretty' as synthetic, and it is exactly what I expected if not more. Received ring earlier than the 3 week time frame given... I did find the ring cheaper elsewhere, but with the price match I had the refund for the difference the next day! This was my first 'big' online purchase.. and it was very pleasant! Thank you for a beautiful ring I can cherish for many years. "
"Poor quality stones, CZ shine truer than their diamonds... very pasty, cloudy, diamonds. Charges incurred to return the product, restocking and mailing, regardless of product not looking as viewed on screen. So called engraving appears nothing like the options on screen; finished "engraving"" looks like etching by a tool used at work for marking wheelchairs.
To their credit, they keep you well informed of orders during processing and are prompt to credit, what remains of your expenditure, on returns.

"I would love to tell you what I thought about what I ordered, but they shipped the wrong item. The packing slip even had someone else's name and order number on it. Now instead of a Mother's ring, I have a pendant. Can't wait to see if I will get the ring by Christmas as it's now 12/17. I also wonder if I will have to pay for another ring before I get credit for the wrong item that was sent to me by mistake! UPDATE: 12/22. I already received the correct item! They truly came through after a shipping error was made. They made it right and with time to spare. This ring will make my Mom's Christmas! "First, the ordering experience was a bit upsetting. There was an unknown error when I tried paying with paypal. I tried emailing customer service and calling, but haven't gotten a response. The web etiquette of this company and ordering portion of the website needs work.
Now, the good stuff. I ordered the ring Friday night and received it (CUSTOM MADE) on Wednesday. LESS than a week! It's the holidays and it's a gift, so I can't express my appreciation enough. The ring is beautiful!

"This is a mixed review. The ring is what I wanted, but the service left a great deal to be desired. I had confirmed with the store that the ring I wanted was available, which I then ordered on-line. The check was sent by registered mail and cleared my checking account in five days. The information said it would take 14 business days to be sent. I waited 16 days to contact them by email asking were was my ring, no response for 2 days. I then called, left a message, no response again. Called again, finally reached someone, no reason given for the delay, but was told that it would be mailed that week of 12/6 and would receive notice of shipment. I received the the ring last Friday 12/10 and the email notice that it was shipped today,12/14!!!!. They really need to beef up their on-line service, more operators and email responses "
"I was very pleased with the quality and service. I ordered a military service ring on 11/22 and honestly did not expect to receive it by Xmas since all the other jewelry companies I contacted said no by Xmas. I got the ring in 3 weeks!! I love it, it's exactly what I wanted for my husband, and at a good price.
Only 2 things that could be improved: the packaging (for 200 bucks I expected a box), and the engraved initials inside are way too tiny. But those are minor things, and I'm overall very happy. "
"My biggest disappointment is finding out that the package received was from UPS not Fedex as mentioned in Daniel's email and the UPS box was damaged. Inside the box were 2 large envelopes. Fedex envelope with the earrings in the other envelope. The earrings were not even in a small box but on a card attached to a folded piece of paper. That is cheap packaging for $60.00 earrings!!!! My daughter will let me know at Christmas. I hope she won't be disappointed and I wasn't duped. Will say more after Christmas"
