"I did get the flooring I order, however I had to follow up to find out my order status. Once it arrived at DWF I was told it would go out with the trucker (Estes) the following day and would get a call or email the following day or the next the latest from the trucker.I never got a call and was leaving my house for work when the truck arrived with my flooring. Need I say I was angry, the driver said I was supposed to be called to coordinate a delivery but they didn't seem to have my phone number or email address so they just shipped it without my knowledge. That I am sorry to say falls to the responsibility of DWF who evidentially didn't give the trucker my information."

"Boxes contained over 3 square feet that was advertized (site says 19.72, when i got the boxes they are 23 sq feet apeice). As a result, i waisted money on five extra boxes and no one will call or email me back. "
