"Very dissatisfied. Brought the SAD music software and never received the download. And I have not received the refund for my never received purchase!! The person in customer service at Dale Pro Audio was a very support and kind. But was not able to resolve the problem. Being that the company in Minesota that provides the product is very irresponsible in attendance, Minnetonka is the name!! Well, sorry for Dale Pro Audio, I would say they should delete this company from their stock!
