"I ordered two bridesmaid dresses from Dailyshop.com. I received them about 30 days later. The dresses were the poorest quality I have ever seen. Worse than Walmart crap. Uneven hems, snagged material, the hem at the halter top showed the inside of the dress (uneven hem again), The dresses were not the correctly sized even though we followed the size chart provided by dailyshop.com.
Customer service is a joke. Trying to dispute through paypal right now. Don't think I will ever get my money back.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHHING from this website. It is a complete waste of money."

"I can't comment on the merchandise, as I haven't received it. One item was out of stock. Policy is, I can get a refund, but they keep trying to get me to order another item, accept a store voucher, I keep asking for a refund... numerous emails and some time later, I complained to paypal. Now the seller says they CAN't refund the money because paypal won't let them because of the dispute. Paypal has said (twice) that this is not true and provided directions how to refund. These people are not honest and there is nothing you can do about it - so be ready to eat the cost of your order and get nothing for it"
"I ordered a very nice dress from their online store. It arrived on time BUT it was poor quality - it seemed like not finished yet (with cuts and holes:) ). I wanted to return it to them because thats not a deal but unfortunately they don't accept dresses back, lol.
Well I lost my money.
Advice: go to your local store and buy one!
(it will cost may be for 20-40% more but it will be real dress!)

I returned the item at my cost and then I was informed that I won't received a full refund, their shipping expenses will be deducted. then for some reasons I only received a part of my refund. When I complained I was told that I have to wait for another 10 days to get the rest of my refund. Now, more than month later - once emailing them - the email bounces back. "Disgusted, I ordered 2 Lazer pens for astronomy on 19/1/12, it said 7-14 days delivery, 3 months later..nothing, they took my money out within 10 minutes, said they didnt even post it for 11 days after taking my money so they told me?..... "I have nothing but trouble ordering from them, 1st paying for my order was not going thru...I wish I had given up, because it has been a month and I haven't received my order, a confirmation, a notice saying it's been shipped, or a tracking number(which is all standard for ordering online). I have tried to get in touch with their customer service thru email and yahoo msger..they say their always online to help...NOT TRUE. I finally got a response by contacting their page on Facebook, and they are rude and tell me to patient and that I can contact their customer service with issues...which as I said, is near impossible! One of times I tried to contact them thru msger, a day later I got a instant msg back that said "can't you wait 20mins before contacting CS". RUDE! They say on their site that they will take responsibility for inconvinence , all that means is they will say "you should be patient" thats their idea of taking responsibility. I have NOT received my order yet, so I can say if the product is quality, but at this point, it's definitely NOT worth it even if the dress is woven with pure gold strands straight from heaven!!!"
"Dailyshop has a poor return policy with little to no customer service. Some items are average quality others are poor to unexceptable. Their return policy includes a blurb that custom fit items are non-returnable; however, dailyshop states that all sizes are considered custom fit.
I recently ordered a gown for an event. The gown's stiching was uneven and ran into other areas of the dress such as the pleats. When I wrote to explain this they were slow to respond, argumentative, and then demanded pictures, which I am happy to send. I still have not heard back from them.
Look carefully before you order, t-shirts and sweatpants should not be a big deal, but beware with larger purchases.
Further the delivery system is slow and tracking was not provided."
"I ordered a very cute ruffled evening purse. The pictures on the site did not capture the real beauty of the purse. I chose the purple and it sparkles so nicely in the light.
