Daily Shop Club Scam - Buyer BEWARE!!!

I’ve been trying to get a black computer pillow from these people since Feb 4, 2019. I have proof on the tracking number it left China on to 2-02-19 but because of the COVID issue they’re blaming the slow delivery. Now that we know that it has left China they’re telling me it’s in transit and I’ll get it “any day now”. They’ve been saying that for two months. Stay away from this company. They are a definite scam and I don’t see how their website is even still up. Buyer beware.

THE WORST "COMPANY" EVER

"I ordered 200 coffee pods from this disgrace of a company on 3/5/20. But 3/16/20 nothing arrived so I contacted them via phone. No one answered there so I emailed them. No response. I filled out their online form and got no response. There was no tracking information available until the 18th of March when I was informed that the package was delivered "inside" and was signed for by someone named "Chris". During the so-called time they delivered the package no one was home. As no one is EVER home during that time.

The company refuses to respond so I filed a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - I'm now out of more than $42 and have no coffee to show for it.

Fake Company

"Having read their T & C’s it seems this company should not be trading at all. Orders can’t be cancelled, shipping addresses can’t be changed, returns have to be paid for & only when the product is faulty but a full refund is not paid if at all.
Do NOT buy from these fraudsters.

"STAY AWAY! No matter how good of a deal the clothes or merchandise on this site is, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I spent over $200 on bridesmaid dresses that look NOTHING like the picture and fit horrendously. I cannot get the company to assist me with returning them. They insist their fit is correct and I am wrong. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They take forever to respond. I don't know what I am going to do...I lost a lot of money because I didn't check reviews of the site first."

"Do NOT order from Dailyshop. It took almost a month to receive my dress & when it finally came, the sizing was way off. I am always a size 4 - which is what I ordered. The waist fit fine but the chest was extremely large and the shoulders were ill-fitting. The whole dress looked incredibly cheap & not worth anywhere near the $85 I paid for it. It looked NOTHING like the photos of the dress the model was wearing on the website. I'm not even going to bother returning it because I know I won't get a refund anyway. I'll just have to have it altered. This website is a huge ripoff. Don't order anything from them!!!"

"I ordered a coat in January 2012 and received it over a month later. I ordered a size larger than usual (following their size charts). The chest and shoulders were fine, but the sleeves were far too short, and the overall appearance did not match the photos on the web site.

I immediately followed the dailyshop return policy for a refund authorization and shipped the coat back to them. More than three months later, they finally acknowledged receipt, but refused to give me a full refund, claiming that too much time had passed.

Throughout our correspondence, the dailyshop staff always took a long time (days or weeks) to respond to my messages.

I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Dailyshop responded by claiming that they never offered a refund, which contradicted the policy on their web site. The charge was therefore deemed valid.

Further conversations with my credit card company revealed that they have no chargeback rights after 120 days, and that dailyshop is probably aware of that when they take so long to respond to customers. Thankfully, my money was credited back to me by the card company, but dailyshop probably still has the money they effectively stole.

"Ordered mens jacket in April 2012, arrived in May WAY TOO small, sent back for refund that I am still waiting for (7/31/2012). Have been offered voucher and discount instead of refund which I have declined. Not satisfied with return or refund service. DO NOT RECCOMMEND this online store. (Was told I'd get a free gift if I wrote a positive review....not interested!!)"

"Originally bought what looked like online a lovely shirt, although it never arrived, so they told me to wait a couple of weeks, it still didn't arrive, and so they told me to wait further. Eventually they gave in 4 months later to agree to a refund in Dollars, which is not so great when I'm from the UK I asked about a refund back on my card or to PayPal and they refused so I accepted and then went searching for something to buy. The delivery costs are extorianate and a complete lie when they say they offer free shipping but not if it weighs to much. So I place an order find out its going to cost to much and use my discount cancel my order and then contact them again cause I can't you use the discount code twice in a row, so they create a new one. Eventually I settled on a torch, just cause it was cheap fell under free delivery and i did'nt have to fork out any money from my own pocket, amazingly it only took 3 weeks to get to me. Its fine, I can't tell if it works or not as there are no batteries and no instructions to tell me what batteries it takes. i've tried the standard kind I have at home and none work. So I don't know, i might just give up and chuck it or find a battery that works. I can't see my shopping with them again."

"NEVER shop through dailyshop! Their return policy is a lie. Their sizing is completely off and the dress doesnt even look like it's supposed to. The hem was to long by almost 5 inches and it was nowhere near my size even though all the dresses I own are in that size. When you try to contact them they return your emails with broken English. They suggested that I give my Bridesmaid dress to "friend or relative who like this." Even though their return policy states that unless you have a custom order it is returnable in 30 days. I did not order a custom dress but they insisted I did. They are liars and cheats and nobody should ever buy them. I know I never will again."
