"It took 3 weeks to receive a damaged, obviously used, headphones that were described as new in box. The earbuds that were packaged weren't even legitimate LG earbuds, but some knockoffs. They came in a plastic bag and had scuff marks all over them. Definitely not new. A little expected, given the price, but on top of all this they don't even work! The left earbud doesn't have sound. Definitely stay away from this company. I doubt I'll ever see them return my money, and I'll probably end up having to file a dispute with my credit card company. "
