"They said to file a claim with the post office, when I went there I found out that they shipped it to the wrong address, so they would do nothing for me, now I am waiting to see what Daily Steals is going to do now, why could they not see that they sent it to the wrong address and then send me on a wild goose chase to the post office to file a claim, what a waist of time there customer service is a joke! cant get a live person or live chat. I am going to file a claim with PayPal if it does not get resolved soon. "
