I recently ordered through DaFlores, via online, here in Japan to be sent to Brazil; because of the pandemic, I was a little concerned that they won't be delivered and that it would be hard for me to communicate with the customer service - but I was wrong! The customer support responded to my concern in a timely manner; when I requested for the flowers to be sent before noon, though they said that it may be difficult, they did everything they could to contact their local shop in Sao Paolo thus, the products were sent before the said time, fresh and good. Now, the flowers are smelling fresh and would use the same website and company to send more on our monthly anniversary. DaFloresis secure and that I can assure you that you would have peace of mind that your products will arrive the way you would want to be. I highly recommend this shop! "

Transaction done? No way. Intrusive and inexplicable international phone calls interrupting my privacy and day and my order was cancelled by them for not pandering to their childish business model and giving private information over the phone - after the sale was completed and they had been paid!!
Money still not returned to my card. No contact from the company. Three weeks so far have gone by.
Nice little scam huh ... receive payment...bank it.....delay returning it....you get enough of those you are on to a good thing.

"I ordered the “canasta de otoño” 5 days before my moms birthday that lives in Colombia, she got it late in the afternoon and it wasn’t what I ordered. The arrangement was very basic, they changed some of the flowers, there were barely Half the flowers from the photo and the foliage was completely poor and different from the photo as well. I sent an email complaining and showed them both photos, what my mom got and what I bought online and the lady said that “the flowers were delivered Complete”, she basically said I lied so I could get half the credit of the arrangement. Please do not Order from DaFlores, it’s better to get flowers locally with somebody’s help and at least you know what to expect, they photos on the website are a lie"

"I ordered an arrangement of flowers for a mass in memory of my dad, I specifically asked that the flowers were delivered to the priest of the parish, since given covid-19, masses were only held online at the chapel, which is not within the church, but in a completely different area. The priest never got the flowers, the arrangement was abandoned inside the church, with no one signing for the receipt. No one was going to the church, given the circumstances. I complained to daflores.com, and got a very unprofessional message saying closed case and that the flowers were left inside the church. First, they shouldn’t close the case without having my agreement and satisfaction. Second, in the delivery email they had sent me, they lied because they said they delivered the flowers to the priest, they never said they abandoned the flowers with no one signing for the receipt. I called them again, and was told they would confirm if no one signed for the delivery, they know no one did, otherwise they would have sent me the receipt with the signature. What a lack of professionalism to abandon the flowers in an empty church, where no one was going because of the stay at home instructions, then sending me a false statement via email saying they delivered the flowers to the priest. I would never trust daflores.com again, they could care less of providing the service they committed to, and then by themselves closed the case, I paid for an arrangement that never was delivered to the person that should be delivered, my dad’s service had no flowers, and I had the worst experience ever with ordering flowers online and in my complaint. Be cautious and be aware, daflores.com does not follow the instructions, and could care less of providing the service of an accurate and professional delivery, and doesn’t care if the client was served properly or not. Once they got your money, that is it. If they didn’t deliver as offered, they don’t care, even less they compensate you for their errors."

The bouquet mas nothing like the pictures on their website, and definitely not worth the money I paid. It was sunk in a huge vase and the flowers were drying out when it arrived, probably because it was a day late and must have sat in a van for 24 hours...
I complained several times through email and messenger and the answer was that they would look into it... One week later no other reply, I feel ignored and powerless. I don't recommend you take the risk of using this website.
