The first time I ordered from them, they called and made sure I was satisfied with the order, followed up after the order, after a few orders later the same thing, followed up with an email.
The only thing I would like to see is a few more choices with choices other than the flowers. Maybe some salty snacks. They have candy and chocolate-covered strawberries but some chips or jerky would be a nice offering.

They do no have any note that inform the flower arrangement would be different, I ordered a flower arrangement completely different and I don’t like the one they delivered.
