"I ordered a heater core from Dtek on the 19th with ground shipping. I received the package on the 21st (store is based in same state). The heater core was packaged with packing peanuts which was NOT a good choice, for it was wedged inside all the crevices and even the barbs. I had to use a toothpick and carefully remove the foam from the barbs. Other than that the process was very smooth. Highly recommended, but they should wrap the heatercores in a plastic bag or something to prevent foam from getting in it."

"I purchased a TC-4 waterblock, 15ft of clearflex and an L30 pump among other things. I had wanted the TC-4 ever since it came out, but i was reluctant to order from Dtek because they didn't carry tygon or clearflex. This was about 4 months ago, and my watercooling project had been put on hold until now. Now that Dtek carrys tygon and clearflex it is easily the best watercooling store on the internet. The service is outstanding and the prices are great.

EDIT: The stuff arrived a day early! I E-Mailed Danny, and I got a prompt reply. I'm definately buying from Dtek again!

"Bought a P4 adapter for my spir@l waterblock waaaaay back on August 8th, 2003 among some other things (to somewhat offset the shipping). The P4 adapter did not work with my mounting kit that came with my Spir@l block (which it was supposed to according to the site). The screws tops were way oversized for the holes on the P4 adapter. A few e-mails back and forth ending up wih me actually sending pictures of what the screws looked like to which I never received any response. I decided to just drop it and modify the screws myself instead of having to pay for a compatible mounting kit that either should have come with my waterblock or should have been shipped at their expense for not saying on the site that not all mounting kits shipped out were compatible."

"Great Price, good service, great next day shipping. I actually forgot to put some item onto my order and I contact them by email. Fast response and it is great. However, I do find them impossible to reach by phone but who cares, they answer my email in 1 hr and I happy with that."

"I ordered some Tygon tubing and dye from D-Tek. I had been looking for a place to buy Tygon for a while but no where I looked offered USPS Priority shipping. I live in Hawaii so FedEx and UPS 2 day shipping is very expensive, for 10 feet of tubing it would have been $30, more than the cost of the tubing itself! So I always try to get USPS Priority mail. After sending an email to Danny I got a quick response and he shipped my order with Priority mail, shipping cost was $6.20. Last year I ordered a Spir@l block from D-Tek and Priority mail came to the rescue again, with UPS or FedEx it would have been like $50 shipping since the block is so heavy. Well I guess most of the people reading this live on the mainland so you probably don't care about my shipping preferences.

Anyway, Danny was very helpful and always responded to my emails quickly. His level of service really makes a difference and I definitely plan on buying from D-Tek again. Oh and that Tygon tubing is really nice!
