"Just brought up my old intrests in computers and modding. Started to look for som cool stuffs to use when building my next can. Heard about D-Tek and mainly about their WhiteWater. Decided to go with the recomendations and contacted them. Received an extremely fast answer from Danny at salesdepartment who cooped with my requests without hesitations. Ordered the WhiteWater, a GPU block and a NB block. Only minutes after we got the problem with swedish letters sorted out I got a confirmationmail that said my package was on the way. About 36 hours later DHL delivered the parts and they look stunningly good.
You can´t go wrong with D-Tek and many thanks goes to Danny who definately is the man for his chair. Keep it up!

"I decided to go watercooling so researched around a lot and chose to get the whitewater block from dtek. I've heard of some people receiving their blocks poorly lapped and with uneven bases. I however, had a great experience with ordering from them. It shipped out the next day and opening the box, i was impressed. From what i could tell the base was VERY flat and it was well lapped. I won't hesitate to order from dtek again (as I plan to shortly.)"

"ordered a via aqua pump on july 6. pump leaked, returned it july 17 (fedex 2nd day). received new pump august 8. wow took forever, but best of all - pump leaked the same way. they got very good customer service, friendly and fast. but the lack of attention given to my order, mess up my schedule big time. cant be bothered too return the pump twice and pay s&h again.

"Ok, i ordered 2 black cold cathodes, some water die, a pump/resevoir and a couple fans. I have to say the quality is outstanding and the customer service is one of the best i've delt with. One of the cold cathodes was extremely dim compared to the other, so i e-mailed my problem. I quickly got an e-mail that night saying they'd ship me a new one. I asked if i had to send the old one and they told me to keep it! It was at my house in about 4 days. I REALLY like these guys and highly reccomend them. (yes, i cant spell :P)"

"Needed a 3/4" > 1/2" inlet adapter on my 1250. I shot Dtek an email, asking if they could give me a break on the $8 shipping since it was such a small part. They responded, telling me that they would do so. I placed my order via paypal, (got the shipping $ back that they promised me within an hour, and got an email a few hours later with my tracking #, saying it had been shipped.
