I would like to thank DSG Performance for there quick service and dedication to their customers. I called DSG about a blitz oil cap because no one else had them and I spoke with one of their employees and they were glad to help me find this cap. In fact it was two that they found. They told me they would email me to notify me and sure enough they did and I was surprised they were able to source some. So I ordered two blitz oil caps from DSG and they arrived in no time and did not cost an arm and leg. I would like to thank DSG again for the great customer service and business! -Mike

"Ordering from DSG was awesome! I got the best price and even a discount! Sean had the order ready for me to purchase even before I called in to give them my purchasing information. However, it has been over a week now and the order is still awaiting shipment. I keep asking for an update and they keep saying it is going to ship that day. I understand ordering wheels may take a little to get together and ship...but a week and no email saying they are behind. I have also sent multiple emails in, but only got help when I used the website chat. I except a little more help after spending that type of money on a set of wheels. Don't promise it will ship in 24-72 hours, if its going to be 7-10 days later with no update or response saying it is behind. "

Ordered a "group" buy item and 2 months later still no delivery, no email to tell me it's delayed, no email to tell me anything in regards to the status of my order. Plus I have emailed them 4/5 times in regards to my order and not a single response. Finally got a hold of someone and I was told 2 weeks tops and I'll have my order, but that was a month ago..."

Anytime there was a problem he would personally be involved and make it right no matter what.
