There was a problem with the lamp bulb staying on, it ended up with me getting another charge for $100 to solve it, though they attempted to solve it, they were unable and long story short were unwilling to cooperate in a settlement for the additional charges. I will not order from them again and that is after attempts to solve this before writing a negative review."

"Everything about this vendor was great. I was easily able to reference the correct lamp by TV model number. Additionally, many sites stated that this lamp was no longer being made. My only comment would be that the installation video example was different from the product that arrived, but the difference was minor and not a problem to figure out."
"Ordered lamp on Tuesday and received it on Thursday. Lamp was not in original carton but it was packaged very well to protect it during shipping. Replacement was very easy thanks to instructional video on website. Lamp came with glove and spare screw and nut for terminals. Price included free 2-day shipping. Other sites advertised lamp for cheaper but by the time shipping was calculated this was a much better deal that included shipping in advertised price. Also has one year warranty - some other sites were only 90 days or 6 months. TV is much brighter now. So far, I am very pleased with the product and service that I received. If this lamp lasts for as long as its rating of 6000 hours, I would be more than happy to order another one from this company."
