Ordering on-line was easy and uncomplicated. Shipping was immediate with free 2-day UPS delivery. Unfortunately the first lamp arrived broken but a short e-mail explanation got a no-hassle assurance of another bulb to be sent and it was. The second bulb was quickly delivered intact.

I'd use these folks again in a heart beat (thought I hope I don't have to replace the tv bulb again) and highly recommend them to anyone.

If I have a complaint it would be in the form of a recommendation that they review the packaging of the shipped bulbs. Both bulbs were packaged exactly the same with an outer box covering an inner box which held the bulb. The outer box does nothing more than add a second layer of cardboard but no real padding for the first. I'd suggest a layer of foam in a larger outer box. This isn't a complaint, only a suggestion to them."
