"Great place to purchase OEM parts at reasonable rates but the current state of their onsite pick up is pretty bad. I had to wait over 40 min to pick up one small part that was ordered online.
They need to do a better job of planning their renovations or redirect Service advisors to assist the parts counter. There were 5 advisors on computers with no customers present while I was required to wait until an available parts counter tech could retrieve my order."

"Four days ago I placed an online order for brake pads to be picked up from DCH Brunswick Toyota nothing special. Here we are four days later and no communications from DCH. I sent an email checking on my order and got NO reply. I called them to see if I the order is ready for pick up and they said no and will notify once ready. If they can't fulfill such a small order in 4 days how can I trust them with bigger orders. Toyota service and quality is going down the drain."
