"We had a wonderful time? love the dolphin experience we booked with cruisedirect. It was fantastic and made the entire trip. We were so happy we booked with you. Dining time, perfect and our credit to our account was there. We certainly will book with you in the future. Our room, that you arranged, was wonderful. Great price!!! Thanks again for your service"

"I just spent over an hour "chatting" with a specialist and I was so impressed with the level of customer service I received from her that I requested the name and contact information for her supervisor so that I could let you know how wonderful she was. She was so EXTREMELY patient and kind not to mention helpful and quite knowledgeable. I know that all too often you hear the negative but you can never hear enough about the positive experiences clients can have with those employed by cruise direct. She really was wonderful and I totally enjoyed my experience in planning my cruise with Brook. There are so many things to look into and plan when organizing a vacation particularly when there are 8 to 9 people going on that vacation and she made it so much less stressful. I just felt that you should know what an asset this agent is to your company/organization!"

"In a word terrible.
Their web pages contain terms and conditions that are hidden unless you accidentally mouse over a certain spot on the page. Other pages offer an Early Saver Offer that claims a 20% saving when in reality it can be as little as only $15, plus when you see the term Early Saver Offer on the web site, it is the only option, yet that is never mentioned. This offer has a no deposit refund attached, while waiting until that clause is expires, 2 weeks in my case, is only $15 more and permits a full deposit.

When asked about the situation they refused to accept responsibility and referred me to Carnival who told me that it is the agent (CruiseDirect.com) who is responsible for dealing with booking issues, by contract Carnival could not.

CruiseDirect.com continued to say that Carnival had my deposit and were refusing to return it, even when they were given a copy of Carnivals response.
