"This companys owner is the same owner from MixItForMe. I used to work for MFM and I know for a fact that the owner is a scam artest and will not ship products, ever.

He is HIV positive and I think he is dying so he just doesn't care who he screws, he just wants the money.

"I purchased a 60 GB ipod on June 21, 2006. The status said it would ship in 7-8 days. About 2 weeks later it changed to 2-3 days. 2 weaks later, still the same. I finally called and emailed them a few times and they asked me to be pacient because they had just started and had backups, so i cancelled my order. They sent me an email, containing 'zzwalrus', that said 'Your credit card issuing bank has agreed to pay our processor however, our processor Payment Tech has not released funds into CogoteGo.com bank account, limited the account, or has the funds on hold with their institution. The status of your order is in "pending" status until such time funds are released.' I called to get my money but could not get a hold of them. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! And please help to bring these cheating scoundrals to justice!

"I placed an order On june 18, 2006 to buy a Sony PSP for $160. Everytime I called they asked me to be patient with them because they just had started and were backed up. I asked for my money back around July 7. They cancelled my order, but the funds were never refunded to my paypal account."

"I placed an order with Coyotego on June 22, and an additional order on June 27th. I received several confirmation emails and also an email stating the items have shipped and the UPS tracking number. On the date of delivery I was told when contacting UPS that the shipper has voided the transaction which I thought was odd. I have spoken to customer service for coyote go several times maybe 7 or 8 and everytime I get a different answer and basically the runaround. So I filed a complaint with paypal, however I don't think I'll ever retrieve my money. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to prevent other people from being ripped off. It's really a sick feeling."

"Ordered videos on 6/23/06 My visa card was charged on july 7 2006. The products still have not been received. I had a ups tracking number which they voided.They had told me that my order was in process.they sent me email saying that my bank had payed their paytech but he has not deposited money into their account.This letter had a strange email address included:zzwalrus.Their phone number is now disconnected.I filed complait with Better Business Bureau Southwest.They can not contact them either. THey suggest going to Federal trade Commission.
Lets get together and get these guys.

"This company has (had) GREAT prices, the only catch is that they will take your money and not ship anything. I placed an order on June 21, they took my money on July 18 and today is July 31 and nothing has been shipped. They no longer take orders or answer email and their phones have been disconected. Before their phones were disconected the recorded message claimed that "we have a passion for world class service". At least they have a sense of humor."

"I ordered my purchase from these bumholes over a month ago..still waiting for my order i decided to use their online customer service..got nothing but a lame excuse after another"that their a new company and didnt expect so many orders" a week after that i got an email for a tracking number tried to track it and it was not available per UPS..I went to the online customer service again and copy and pasted in their message box what UPS had emailed me..The girl on the other end..said that was the number but it hadnt shipped yet..low and behold its finally shipped..But what to my surprise on the order status it says: Billing information voided..So i called UPS not understanding what that meant and they told me: "The Shipper Had Voided My Order" now i cant even get a hold of these people the phone number on the website is no longer in service..Ive filed a dispute through Paypal..So I'll see if i get a refund or not but not holding my breath..WAKE UP PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM COYOTEGO.COM!!!"

"They unfortunately pulled us in with a low price and promised free shipping if we used PayPal. They immediately charged my PayPal account but after 3 weeks did not ship any material. We tried to e-mail, and call in vain and then tried to cancel the order. We now have a dispute open with PayPal and we will see if it can get resolved."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I ordered a 30mg ipod on June 18th which was immediately charged to my credit card. A month later after promises to ship, and two attempts at a refund via PayPal (which coyotego removed before refund was given) I believe this company has no idea what it's doing and question whether I will ever see the money. "I did not receive the 2 iPod's I purchased. I filed a claim with Paypal. I won the claim, but the company is saying that it can't refund my money because Paypal froze their account. I asked for a corporate check and got not answer. Lousy company! Don't place an order with them regardless of how great their prices are! Now they're not even communicating with their customers, who are all furious. Check out the message board for this company!"

"BUYER BEWARE! I ordered an iPod Video and accessories on 6/23. The order status on 6/24 said "will ship in 2-3 days." When the status hadn't changed 2 weeks later, I emailed customer service and never received a reply. I called repeatedly, and when I finally got ahold of a rep, they assured me that my order was waiting to be shipped in the warehouse and I should receive a tracking number in the next few days. Another two weeks later, nothing. I can't get a straight answer from them and am now worried I have lost my money with this new "company." Do not be tempted by the low prices and order from this company!
