"I ordered two Adirondack chairs from CPWP. When delivered(ahead of schedule), one of the chairs was missing several key components. When I called them, they were very courteous, but said it would be 4-6 weeks to get the replacement parts from China. I called after the six weeks was up and they promptly sent me a whole new chair. My take: a very reliable company with at least one unreliable source. I would certainly purchase from them again."
