"As everyone has written, this store advertised a product that they did not have in stock as in stock and took my money.

After waiting three days for them to ship, I asked them when they would ship. They then said that the item was not in stock and they would refund me my money. They wasted several days of my time for an item I needed urgently.

Avoid these guys at all cost - they are shady.

"I am a single Mom and always order online to get the best price on gifts. I ordered a toy on July 5th for a birthday party on July 19th. Thought plenty of time to have shipped to me. Received a email on July 8th stating delay in shipping of order (not a problem there is still time). So, I called on the 16th and 17th to ask why not shipped and cancel order. No one answered the phone and left a message to call me back. I emailed on the 16th stating if the toy can't arrive by Friday the 19th to cancel my order. No one responded to my message or email. Not happy that I have to cancel the order since now I have to order something online (pay expedited shipping) or run to the store. My advice: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!"

"I gave only a 4 stars due to lack of response by email and slow delivery. Took a few days to response back my email and a couple weeks of waiting for my product to get shipped. HOWEVER it was not damage during the transaction which I'm very pleased about. CostCaptain is a good website for low-priced products. I'm a student and I was shocked that the SMALL Intuos 5 only cost fairly close to $200 that includes shipping. Comparing the same product to other websites like Amazon or Ebay which is close to $300 plus shipping. Hopefully Costcaptain can improve their email service AND phone service which they should have include ***-***-**** on their website....PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE GUYS.I love CostCaptain but just wish they understand just how important it is for students to get their product fast for their major projects....I might get another product when CostCaptain improves."

"The product was excellent. It arrived in perfect condition. The price was excellent. I have no complaint with that. My issue is with shipping. I paid extra for expedited (3-5 day) shipping and it took 10 days to reach me.I'm not happy about that at all. I might order from them again when time isn't an issue."

"This company pulled a total bait-and-switch on me and sent me an inferior model router to what I actually ordered. It took 2 weeks to arrive in which I was barely able to work, so I figured I would try the model they sent instead of waiting another 2 weeks or more for the correct model to arrive. Well, the inferior model did not work, and even though they are the ones that sent me the wrong product in the first place, they will now not accept a return on it since we opened the box to see if it would work. So now we are out a bunch of money and stuck with a useless product. Oh, and good luck getting in contact with anyone at the company via phone or email. Trying to call them will get you a half hour or more of listening to Christmas hold music in the middle of July, and your chances of winning the lottery and getting struck by lightning on the same day are probably better than the chances of getting an email response from anyone at the company. DO NOT SHOP AT COST CAPTAIN. SPEND THE EXTRA FEW BUCKS AND ORDER FROM NEW EGG, AMAZON, OR EVEN BEST BUY. JUST WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!"

"well, looks like I'm another person that has made the great mistake of doing business with this horrible company. I have honestly never had such horrible customer service before in my life. I wish I would have seen these reviews before i made my purchase. despite making a very large order of $700 they still don't show any service. I placed my order almost 2 weeks ago and still it has not even been shipped yet. they did not notify me that the product is not actually in stock until AFTER I made the payment and called them 2 days later to see why it was not shipped. they told me that the product was not actually in stock and that it would be in stock within a weeks time. This frustrated me greatly because I had paid for 2 day shipping because I needed this projector for a presentation I had coming up. Also, to make matters worse, the only other online vendor that had this projector is now out of stock so now im stuck with this horrible costcaptain. so I decide to wait the week for the product to come to costcaptain. I call them the day they claimed it would be in (oh did i forget to mention they rarely every answer their phone! I left countless messages to call me back but they never do!) anyways they tell me that now the product is STILL not in stock and they expect it to come in sometime within the next 2 weeks. I've had it at this point and ask to speak with the manager. yet he is not there so the "customer service specialist" takes my number and says that the manager will call me back. surprise surprise, the manager still has not called back after 2 days now. well needless to say, at this point I'm just going to cancel the order and go without the projector. I'd rather burn my money than to do any business with these fools again. I've never been this frustrated with a company before in my life. nor have I ever written a review on one before. I'll be sure to let everyone I know and then some to never do business with cost captain."

"I ordered 1 Epson printer roller kit on 6/17/13. After processing the order for two weeks they finally shipped it on 7/2/13. It shouldn't take this long to put a shipping label on a box. I emailed them on 6/25 & on 6/26 they said the order had been filled but didn't mention it would not be shipped for 4 more days."

"They certainly are not out to gouge the public on price. The mfg was out-of-stock & charging more to begin with. Even found a place who wanted $100 more! Pleased I took the time to look at every company selling this fan. CostCaptain didn't chg me shipping or tax! CostCaptain Rocks! "
