"I had been searching for a new duty holster for work, and decided to go with a Blackhawk Epoch holster after reading reviews online. I went to several police supply shops in my area to find that it would take them several weeks to order the holster and get it to me. I started searching online at many of the big name duty gear retailers only to find that when I got to the check out that holster was on back order, they didn't have any that fit my weapon, and the price with shipping was a bit high. I stumbled upon CopsPlus and saw they had the exact fit for my weapon, in the finish I wanted, and at a price with shipping and handling costs that at first seemed too good to be true. They had the BlackHawk Epoch holster for $77.20 with $4.99 standard shipping, which placed them at least $20 cheaper than other online retailers. I decided while checking out to call their customer service to verify that they had the product in stock and the delivery time, making sure I wasn't paying a low price for an item that might be back-ordered and take weeks to get there. I called and instead of waiting was immediately on the phone with one of their representatives who made sure I was getting the exact holster with the right finish I wanted and verified that it was in stock and would take 3-5 business days to arrive. He offered to do the order right over the phone, taking my payment information and giving me the confirmation number, and immediately sending a receipt to my email. I ordered the holster on a Friday and by Tuesday afternoon the following week had my product in the mail carefully packaged, undamaged, and ready to use. I will definitely be ordering from CopsPlus again. Their prices, customer service, and delivery time were awesome. "

"I purchased the Fenix PD35 from Cops Plus about a year ago. What a great product. The ordering process went smooth and the shipping was fairly quick. I work for a university where it requires the use of flashlights from time to time. The men I work with had Coast flashlights. The first time we were all together using the lights. They could not help but notice, how much brighter and how many different brightness settings my Fenix had. Needless to say, they all wanted one. I am in charge of purchasing tools for the Structural shop and Decided to purchase them the Fenix PD35. I felt like Santa Claus when I gave them to the guys. "I won't use this company again. Slow as snails. I placed the order on 9/8/15 and my card was charged. It wasn't shipped until 9/23/15 and didn't arrive until 9/29/15, 21 days later. The webpage is vague as to your turn around time. Now I see why. They don't want you to know how long it will take them charge you then try to get your item from a real supplier because they have no stock even though the item is listed as in-stock."

PS. I have read some other reviews here and am suprised as to there ignorance. Drop shipped and backordered mean something! Also U.S. laws prohibits shipping of certain items to other Countries. Reimbursement is after Cops Plus has recieved said item (sent by you). Enough Said."
