"I purchased a defective item from Cops Plus. Sent it back for an exchange they sent me back the same identically defective item. I sent that back again asking for refund. Reps told me they’d mail me a fefund check. 3 weeks later still no check. All reps can say is “sorry about that man”. No more business for these guys. Guess the “Plus” in Cops Plus means shady business practices."
"I am a subscription member and have called several times about the number of items received in my box and the value. The subscription I have says I should receive six items per box and I haven't received that number of items yet. The value of the items received does not even equal the amount paid for the subscription. I have not tried to purchase items separately from the company so I can not speak to that portion of their service but I called again and I will hold my subscription for one more month and see what I get. After that I will probably cancel. Not worth the money paid."

"I needed to cancel part of an order, immediately after I placed it due to an error in the quantity. I contaced customer support ight away and even though it was less than 3 minutes after the order was placed, they told me they couldn't cancel the order because it has already shipped. Not even 3 mins had gone by. It was ridiculous. "
"This product was meant to be a gift. The Product arrived on time and undamaged. The Safariland ALS Shoulder Holster System - Model 1051 was in good condition. The only problem was the double magazine holder were assembled backwards on the holster. I don't know if this was a re-packaged return product or this occur at Safariland.
The biggest concern was unsnapping the plastic retention pins to flip the holder to the proper position. One has to be very careful when re-snapping these plastic retainer pins. My friend will likely replace all the plastic retainers with Chicago screws or something metal
