The second (about $150) never arrived, i contacted CSI after 30 days -they just replied with the tracking number (which had no trackings in europe). Paypal returned me the money. Third order ($140) arrived after 9 days. Fourth order ($260) was 'hold for review' because it was for above $150 and my paypal account was not verified. I phoned them and tried to understand why it suddenly needed to be verified. I suggested that I could pay with VISA directly on their webpage instead to bypass this sudden need to 'verify', and they said that it would work. So I did, and then all of a sudden they needed me to verify my credit card information and give them bank information. I did so immidiatly. It's now been three days and my order is still being 'held for review'. The amount has been pulled from my card...

Im not going to order from them again, and suggest you consider other alternatives if you live outside of the US."

"I've placed over a half dozen large orders so far, and every time I've been extremely pleased with the service. Coolstuffinc gives me a tracking number, ships the next business day, and gives me the lowest prices (or almost lowest by a matter of 1 or 2%) on games. I have yet to receive the shipment, nor do I have any sort of tracking number since coolstuffinc.com doesn't do tracking numbers. After talking with the fellow in the phone about the missing order, he suggested that if I do not receive the order by the end of the week I am able to request a shipping refund. What they don't know is that if I don't receive the order by the end of the week, I am filing for fraud protection through my credit card and putting a hold on the payment until they send me the order. The customer service guy was really nice, but he kept repeating the same thing over and over..."I am sorry about your order, there is nothing I can do. Please contact us at the end of the week for the shipping refund." First and LAST time for the online retailer, steer clear unless you want to purposely lose money.
