"At first I thought that they didn’t use any kind of finish on it because it feels kind of rough? Texturally. Like it’s just exposed paint. I contacted them to ask if I need to worry about the paint rubbing off and they told me that they use a matte clear coat finish. The paint job is fantastic and it seems pretty durable so far as my two year old already dropped it on the floor lol Thank you guys for your hard work."

"I had some issues at first the L was sticking a bit half way through the press, and A button had slight delay, as I think it would get stuck when pressing down. After talking to them I was able to send it in and get these things fixed, if it was not for having to send it in would have given it a 5* but they did correct the issues so they get a 4*"

"At first I got a suspicious looking email asking for pics of my creditcard and called them to make sure it was real. Their customer service (Mike? Matt?) explained that they do everything they can to protect us customers from fraud. I havent seen any other company that does that, but i think its kinda cool. my controller came and it looks great and plays perfect"
