"The Samsung Pedestal arrived with a bag with 1/2 the install kit to attach it to the washer. I called immediately and emailed, 6 days later u hear from them that they weren't aware there was a kit. I called back and talked to AJ the manager and he said it was their opinion that the item was in excellent condition as described and I couldn't ship it back because, due to their delayed response it was 14 days after the purchase. Now I am stuck with an unusable product . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! "I ordered a TV stand for my new 55" LED/LCD wide screen. Though Consumer Depot's web site said the box it was in was "Distressed", I worked directly with "AJ" and he assured me the product was new and would take care of the packaging to assure it arrives issue free. It did!! I order a lot from the web and rarely do we have the opportunity to talk to a "person" prior to shipping to help make sure all goes well. AJ always answered the phone and was nothing but outstanding to work with, extremely focused on the Customer, again a bit rare these days. I'll be sure to check Consumer Depot from now on for items I purchase to see if they may have it!"

"consumer depot is a joke....I purchased a Uniden dect1560 w/extra handset... Shipping was prompt..But.......not complete...I did not receive the extra handset. I emailed them and once again shipping was prompt....But....they sent me the wrong handset and base and battery....I emailed them..They said to ship back order...They would email me the RMA....I feel I shouldn't have to send back. They sent me the wrong base and battery. Why should i pay for the shipping again????? I wished I would of read all these reviews before ordering.Now I can see why they were sued by the Attorney General in TN"
