"I purchased a Flip top with Swap Magic 3.6 package, PS2 Breaker, and HD Advance 2. I was leary of ordering from an unknown (to me) company, but after chatting online with a support person, made the purchase based on his suggestions. I received the order in just a couple days, which is the quickest I've ever received a product ordered online. I had some questions after receipt, sent an email, and received a very prompt reply. I guess the only complaint I had was that their instructions on installing the flip top were not too clear on a couple points, but did get it to work. However, After speaking with customer service, was told they will look at them. I highly recommend using them. In fact, I will be ordering the same items for my 2 step-sons' ps2!"
"This place is A++ in customer service and low prices, well on my item anyways - hope you make the right decision and shop here as I did! I don't know what every previously dissatisfied customer is bickering about, but believe me I've had my share of bad customer service and consolepoint.com has been the best with customer service in terms of communication. I was previously engaged in ordering from a company that claimed to have stock in HD Advance but did not, I waited patiently for 1 month and a half in hopes of cooperation and receiving my item. I never did. Finally I was in a desperate situation requring the item to complete a mod for one of my clients, looked around, emailed many places the same day I ended up ordering from consolepoint.com. Most places said out of stock or claimed to be in stock in coming days. I finally ran into consolepoint, checked out the website, found my item - it was also the cheapest you could get it anywhere! I looked under contacts, and man was I pleased, they had Yahoo IM. As soon as I queried the store, there was an immediate reply, I had been curious to whether or not they really had them in stock unlike the other company that i ordered from that claimed to have them in stock and had to order them in before I would get my order processed. The person on the other end was quick and courteous. Regardless of any bad reviews here, I was able to get my customer service, order, and receive my item in less than 4 days. Definitely A++ on my list of future mods."

"This guy is a scammer for sure. Although I opted for tracking+express shipping (3-5 days), I didn't received a tracking number and It's been 2 weeks since I made the payment. He doesn't respond to my e-mail and on YIM he's almost always unavailable. When he is available he fails to give me a straight answer about what happened with my order, why I didn't receive a tracking number (first, tracking is not available for the country I live in, then he says I should have got a tracking number, they just changed curriers, bla, bla).
Now he doesn't even respond on YIM.
So I recommend you stay away from this site (consolepoint.com/consolemaniac.com), it's a big time fraud."
"I was very pleased with the prices and the quality of the products that I ordered. I was especially pleased with how quickly my products were delivered. I placed my order on a Friday evening and my order was waiting for me when I got home on Monday morning! One business day shipping time was awesome! I had a slight scare with what I thought was a missing item but I contacted the company and they indicated that product was on backorder. "I bouhgt from these guys on the 29th of june. I live in texas and i got in exactly 3 days later after i ordered. I got it on july 2nd. Tese guys have he fastest shipping i have seen for modchip sotores or online stores in general. I bought an hdadvance iand i loved the prouct alot so i must give them a great score. I love this company. Looking at previos reviews im starting to wonder whther there from other odchip sites trying to purposely give these guys a ba feedback. "I ordered from them in mid-april and have still not received delivery. They never gave me a tracking code though I bought tracking and they haven't returned a single email I've sent requesting one. I think the previous reviewer should be investigated as I believe these people to be scammers."
