"In summary: This company claimed to have an item in stock when they did not, and their customer service rep's lied to me over the phone twice. Now they have stopped responding to my emails, and have not cancelled my order despite me requesting it.
In length: I have been looking for a Logitech G15 Keyboard for over a month now, and everywhere I go, it is either overpriced or out of stock. This company's website sai it was in stock (for cheap) with free shipping. Since I have burned before, I called their customer support line to confirm that the item was in stock and for the price advertised (which the rep I spoke to said it was).
I placed my order and recieved a confirmation email almost immediately that said orders placed before 4pm eastern (mine was placed at 10am) ship the same day. The next morning the item had not shipped, and the item's page said it was now out of stock, but the order status page said my order was still 'processing', not cancelled or backordered. After again calling the support line, I was told the item may be shipping from a different vendor and I should recieve a email confirmation later that day. 2 (business) days later, nothing had changed, except the length of my fuse. I sent them an email demanding an explanation, or I would cancel my order the next day. I received no response, and emailed them telling them to cancel my order. Another day has gone by since then, and neither my order shows being cancelled, nor have I received any response to my emails. This company is a fraud."

There is no emails or comments at all and I have put all the effort to research for the items and even worse I have given also my valuable credit card information. It is a cheap way to steal one's credit card information.

I find it unbelievable that a company that sells computers could have made this error and not inform customers for 5 days.
Please be aware that because of the speed and vastness of the internet, companies that exhibit this behavior are exposed and punished quickly by reviews on resellerratings for example. Buying online is difficult enough without these supposed pricing errors, which if this were your retail outlet-Office Depot- you would be legally required to sell me at this price. This laptop can be bought at other outlets for the same or near price with rebates, that was the draw of your offer- no rebates involved.

"When I received the package and opened the cardboard box, I found the stereo box inside smashed. It looked like the box had been run over. I could see inside and it looked ok so I opened it and the item was fine. This item was a gift for someone and how could I give it to them in a smashed box? The outter cardboard box was fine so this was shipped that way, it wasn't a problem during shipping. When I contacted them, no response. All they did was refund the difference between overnight and second day because UPS lost the package for a day. They ignored my complaint about the package. I wouldn't buy from them again. "
"They sent my order to the WRONG ADDRESS. Customer service wasn't helpful at all. I called 4 times, only 1 person seemed to know what to do. I still haven't got my order to this day; no follow up, no emails, nothing. I've bought a lot of stuffs from the internet and from different online merchants. Computers 4 sure is the worst so far.
