"Great customer service. I was contacted by phone to make sure my case would be large enough for my video card. The computer came FedEx overnight for free! I had issues installing Windows and their tech support was excellent at helping to find the issue. It was scratched windows disk (that I provided) that was causing my issue not their hardware. I am up and running and very happy!"

"Not happy at all. Customer service lady Elena basically belittled my intelligence, suggesting I lacked common sense.
This conversation with Elena began when my computer shut down on me after 2 weeks. Tech support was awesome. We tried to troubleshoot the problem. Long story short, I had to pay $64 out of pocket to get my computer shipped back to AllPCZone so they could fix the problem. I also ordered the 5-fan package for my computer. The case I purchased could only hold 4, but due to bulky interior I could only get 3 fans installed in my case. I NEVER received my other 2 fans bought and paid for. Just sayin. To this day I have not received my computer upon it's return to my home to say if the problem was fixed or not. Purchase date: 2-23-2015. Todays date: 4-1-2015.

I would like to add that I finally got my computer back. The computer has ran great for the most part, today being 11-12-15. The one problem I have is that the computer will wake up from it's 'sleep' on it's own, in the middle of the night or when I'm at work. Not sure why this happens. The other problem I have is that the before mention fans were promised to be sent to me. Never happened. Also, I shipped off a ram stick, this stick being no good. The package never made it to AllPCZone (damn usps). AllPCZone gave me a free ram stick, though I had to fork out the $60 bucks for shipping the computer back to them to be fixed (ram stick was not the only issue) and AllPCZone likes to bring up the fact they gave me a 'free' ram stick (remember the shipping cost..) so in a way it was not free. Still unhappy that I had to deal with Elena. Ah well, it is what it is.

Let's clear this up too, Mr. Sol. You told me that the 30 days DOES NOT go into effect until the customer has received the merchandise. Now you are stating that I was outside of my 30 days. The computer took 10 days to get to me, 2 weeks to break down. I believe that is fewer than 30 days. Look, don't try to make it seem like you guys were not at fault. Own up to it, get better, and move forward. Don't justify your actions with lies. For once in your life, be real M. Sol.

PS-Why offer a 5 fan package for a case that only holds 3? These little things tell me so much about you and the way you like to run things. "

"Absolutely Awesome !!! I was, at first, very unsure about ordering a high end computer online. But, everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional and knowledgeable !!
I am SUPER satisfied with my new PC, to include my ordered software. Also, the customer service that I received from ComputerLX.com was absolutely TOP.
My one suggestion would be to provide the customer with a list of what software has actually been loaded to the computer when it leaves the factory, as some of the software in my box had not yet been loaded.
