"My order arrived on schedule and I was very pleased with the packaging. I ordered three refurbished units and all were carefully packed in new boxes within a new shipping box. Plenty of bubble pack and "popcorn" to prevent damage. Lesser vendors would have taped together boxes to save a dime but risk shipping damage."

"Exceptional experience! Interchange was professional, with a confirmation email and tracking number. Refurbished product was absolutely perfect! It was not only spotless, but there was zero evidence (screwdriver marks, wear marks) that it had ever been used (item was shrink wrapped also--would have easily believed it was brand new!). Wonderful seller! Highly recommended! "

"Ordered the Roocase Executive Portfolio for the Nexus 7 on Jan 4th. They took the money out the same day. On Jan. 9th, I did not receive any correspondence regarding the order, so I called. Got a VM stating leave your # and we will call back in 30 minutes. They never called. Wrote an email on Jan. 9th, as well. Never got a response. Called on the 9th and spoke with Tony (x114) and he stated that the product was on back order. Then he called an hour later stating they should have it to me by Monday (14th). I promptly called back and requested a refund, due to lack of customer service skills. I received my refund on the 11th."

"Very dissatisfied. Received memory that was too long. Even though i researched my specs well, This still may have been my fault. even so the return process is turning out to be horendous. I called their number to request a return and didn't get a callback for about 4 days. Then I had to submit a return request form that is not integrated with the original order and it required me to locate all the original sku numbers. Nothing like the preprinted amazon return labels. Once I got the authorization to return my item, I again had to print a form and locate my sku again and fill it out. In short the return process is difficult. More than all this, there are all kinds of restrictions about what you can return, restocking fees, and time limitations. It is such an unfriendly tenor that I don't plan on using them again. It appears they don't want repeat customers."
