"Very good. Unit came exactly as advertised but a day earlier than promised. The Archos 101 G9 8GB tablet was also as expected and worked well. One Quibble with it is that the micros d card protrudes 1 millimeter and is next to power button so the micro sd card is subject to springing out. Micro sd cards are little suckers and hard to find once on the floor. Impossible if outside. "

I placed the order with Comp USA but Tiger Direct sent me the order information with the wrong shipping information although the right information was in your system as a recurrent customer. I was advised by Tiger that the item ordered was to be sold by a third party vendor and the will shipped the item right away. as of today the 2nd of March I still don't have received the tracking number of the su=hipment. note that the order was place on the 4th for a two day shiping option. "
"There is no way to put this kindly; I had a HORRIBLE experience with CompUSA, Systemax, and TigerDirect. I feel like I was screwed, and when I complained no-one in your company cared enough to even follow up with customer service calls.
Simply put, I have NO intention of EVER doing business with CompUSA/Systemax/TigerDirect again; and I also intend to share my experiences with everyone possible via social media. If this is how you intend to treat customers, you do not deserve to be in business.
