Averitt trucking called on Thursday, July 31 saying they would deliver on Friday, Aug. 1 between 2 and 5 P.M., which was great as we had a delivery going to the same job on Monday, Aug. 4 first thing. The Comfortup unit did not get here until Monday approx. 3 P.M., which meant we had to drive another trip 38 miles to deliver it. It all worked out, just due to Averitt, I had to explain to the customer why he did not get his unit when promised. Overall, good experience. "
